Virtual Support Group for Second-Time Moms

Learn about your developing newborn and meet other moms balancing new babies with older children. This series meets virtual weekly for 6 weeks (newborns aged 0 to 6 months). Every session focuses on a new topic that is relevant for moms of two or more and is led by a Registered Nurse.

  • Sleep: We cover newborn sleep and/or sleep regressions with your older child or children as well as room sharing
